A dinner cooked in your own kitchen, from South Beach to Bal Harbour. Chef Tasos writes the menu around your guests, his team cooks and serves the evening, and your kitchen is left exactly as we found it.
Miami Beach has some of the best restaurants in the country and some of the hardest tables to get. A private chef brings that standard to your own dining room or terrace instead: no reservations, no rush, and nobody else in the room. Whether it is a quiet dinner for six in a South Beach apartment or forty guests on a waterfront lawn on one of the islands, the menu is written for your table and served course by course.
Cooked in your kitchen — a house, a condo or a rented villa, planned around the kitchen we will be working in.
A menu written for your table — Greek, Italian, Spanish, sushi, asado and more, with allergies planned in from the start.
Everything arrives with us — produce chosen that morning, and every piece of equipment the menu asks for.
Our own team — the chefs and servers who cook for you are ours, never agency.

Every evening is quoted individually, because a six-guest dinner and a forty-guest celebration are different jobs. Send your date, guest count and what you have in mind, and a written proposal follows once the details are settled.
A couple of weeks is comfortable, and weekends and holidays go first. Send the date even if it is close and we will tell you whether we can do it properly.
Every memorable evening begins with a conversation. Share what you have in mind, and we’ll take care of the details.
